Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Digital Menu collects, why, and what control you have over it. It applies to restaurant owners who open an account with us and to guests who order from a menu built on our platform.

What we collect

• Account data — the store name, email address and phone number you enter when registering, plus the menu content you upload.
• Order data — items ordered, table or room number, order total, and the name, phone number or note a guest chooses to enter at checkout.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, recorded in standard server logs.

What we do not collect

We do not store full card numbers. When online payment is enabled, card details are entered directly with the payment provider, and we only receive a transaction reference and its status.

How we use it

To operate your account, deliver orders to the right kitchen, produce your sales and table reports, provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use guest order data for advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service — hosting, email delivery and, if you enable it, your payment gateway — and when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use cookies for the session that keeps you signed in, for your cart, and to remember the language you picked. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

Retention

Account and order data are kept while your account is active. After you close your account we delete or anonymise them within 90 days, except where we must keep records longer by law.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to anasalassi98@hotmail.com from your registered address and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date below. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
