These terms govern your use of Digital Menu. By registering a store you agree to them.
We provide a hosted platform for building a digital menu, generating QR codes and receiving orders. Features vary by subscription plan and may change as the product develops.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you register, for keeping your password confidential, and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your menu, prices, images and store details remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to display them to your guests and to operate the service. You confirm you have the right to use every image and text you upload.
Plans are prepaid for the period shown at checkout. Prices are in Saudi Riyals and exclude any taxes that may apply. When a plan expires, your menu stops accepting new orders until it is renewed; your data is retained for the period described in the Privacy Policy.
You may not use the service to sell items you are not licensed to sell, to publish unlawful or misleading content, to attack or overload the platform, or to resell access without a written agreement with us.
We transmit orders — we do not prepare, deliver or guarantee them. The contract for any meal is between the restaurant and its guest. Prices, availability, allergen information and fulfilment are the restaurant's responsibility.
We work to keep the service running continuously but do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages and events outside our control may cause downtime.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, after notice where it is reasonable to give it.
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction.

نوفّر منصّة مستضافة لبناء قائمة رقمية وإنشاء رموز QR واستقبال الطلبات. تختلف المزايا بحسب باقة الاشتراك، وقد تتغيّر مع تطوّر المنتج.
أنت مسؤول عن صحّة البيانات التي تسجّلها، وعن سرّية كلمة مرورك، وعن كل ما يتم عبر حسابك. أبلغنا فوراً إن اشتبهت بدخول غير مصرّح به.
قائمتك وأسعارك وصورك وبيانات متجرك تبقى ملكك. وتمنحنا فقط الترخيص اللازم لعرضها لضيوفك ولتشغيل الخدمة. وتقرّ بأن لديك الحق في استخدام كل صورة ونص ترفعه.
تُدفع الباقات مقدّماً للمدة الموضّحة عند الشراء. الأسعار بالريال السعودي ولا تشمل أي ضرائب قد تُطبَّق. وعند انتهاء الباقة تتوقّف قائمتك عن استقبال طلبات جديدة حتى تُجدَّد، وتبقى بياناتك محفوظة للمدة الموضّحة في سياسة الخصوصية.
لا يجوز استخدام الخدمة لبيع أصناف لا تملك ترخيصاً لبيعها، أو لنشر محتوى مخالف أو مضلّل، أو لمهاجمة المنصّة أو إثقالها، أو لإعادة بيع الوصول دون اتفاق مكتوب معنا.
نحن ننقل الطلبات — ولا نحضّرها ولا نوصّلها ولا نضمنها. والعقد الخاص بأي وجبة هو بين المطعم وضيفه. والأسعار والتوافر ومعلومات مسبّبات الحساسية وتنفيذ الطلب مسؤولية المطعم.
نعمل على إبقاء الخدمة تعمل باستمرار لكننا لا نعد بوصول بلا انقطاع. فقد تتسبّب أعمال الصيانة وأعطال المزوّدين وأحداث خارجة عن سيطرتنا في توقّف مؤقّت.
إلى الحد الذي يسمح به النظام، تقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة على رسوم الاشتراك التي دفعتها خلال الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة للمطالبة. ولا نتحمّل الأرباح الفائتة أو الخسائر غير المباشرة.
يمكنك التوقّف عن استخدام الخدمة في أي وقت. ويجوز لنا إيقاف أو إغلاق أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط، بعد إشعار متى كان ذلك معقولاً.
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، والنسخة السارية موجودة دائماً على هذه الصفحة. وسنعلن التغييرات الجوهرية عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو في لوحة التحكم.
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختصّ محاكم الرياض بالنظر في المنازعات.
